| Hourly Rates: |
There is a minimum charge of one hour labour on first visits to all jobs, work is then charged in half hour increments thereafter. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20% VAT. |

Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend travelling to jobs, or the London Congestion Charge |
| Estimates: |
Estimates are free for installations but other jobs may be chargeable at our discretion (charges may vary). |
| Materials & collection: |
Materials supplied by Thames Plumbers will be charged at trade price + 20%. We charge £40 + VAT for collection within 2 miles of the job address and £80 + VAT exceeding 2 miles. Collection time will be kept to a minimum. |
| Payment & interest: |
Payment must be made in full by debit/credit card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice and completion of works (we do not accept personal cheques). Should we fail to receive full payment within 5 working days we will charge 3% accumulated daily interest on the outstanding amount until we have received full payment. |
